Shipping/Return/Damage Policies

SHIPPING:

We ship all orders within 3-7 business days.  If an item is marked as pre-order then please allow approximately 10-15 days for the item to ship.

 RETURNS:

We DO NOT issue refunds, however, we DO issue store credit. All returns must be approved via email reeveandluke@yahoo.com.  Return must be started via email within 3 days of delivery date. Please email before returning or returns will not be accepted.

All sale or discounted items and jewelry is a final sale. Anything purchased with store credit is a final sale. No more than one return per 30 day period will be accepted.

 If you have any questions or need help with sizing please email reeveandluke@yahoo.com before purchasing. 


DAMAGES/MISSING ITEMS:

Any defective/missing item must be reported to reeveandluke@yahoo.com within 3 days of being delivered or it cannot be returned.  Upon confirmation email of the damaged item, all damaged items must be returned within 7 days of delivery or it cannot be returned.
