Shipping/Return/Damage Policies
SHIPPING:
We ship all orders within 3-7 business days. If an item is marked as pre-order then please allow approximately 10-15 days for the item to ship.
RETURNS:
We DO NOT issue refunds, however, we DO issue store credit. All returns must be approved via email reeveandluke@yahoo.com. Return must be started via email within 7 days of delivery date. Please email before returning or returns will not be accepted.
In Store: All exchanges/returns for store credit must be brought back to the storefront with original tags in unworn, unwashed condition within 14 days of purchase date.
All sale or discounted items are a final sale.

DAMAGES/MISSING ITEMS:
Any defective/missing item must be reported to reeveandluke@yahoo.com within 3 days of being delivered or it cannot be returned. Upon confirmation email of the damaged item, all damaged items must be returned within 7 days of delivery or it cannot be returned.
Any damages for items picked up from our storefront or bought at our brick & mortar must be reported within 3 days of order/purchase date.
